Terms and Conditions

It is your personal responsibility to ensure you are aware of the terms and conditions before making any purchases, and we will assume that you have read, and understood all terms and conditions when purchasing any products, kits or courses from Beautec Aesthetics.

Short Courses

  • All bookings must be made in advance
  • Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of full payment
  • In last minute circumstances beyond our control that necessitate postponement, we will offer another set of dates
  • We cannot be held responsible for cost or loss of earning due to course cancellations
  • All payments are non-refundable or transferable in the event of being unable to attend courses
  • Students who book for eyelash and brow treatment courses are recommended to have a patch test 24 hours before coming for their course. Please contact the office to book for a patch test. Alternatively, if you are happy to have the treatment performed on you without a patch test, this is at your own risk.
  • If you are on a payment plan with Beautec Aesthetics, any late payments will incur a 3% interest charge on the balance due.

NVQ & VTCT courses

  • All student must be punctual for lessons
  • All students must attend 100% of classes - this is non-negotiable
  • All deadlines must be met for assignments, assessments and produced to a good standard
  • Students must fully prepare themselves for assessment days in both theory and practical
  • Students must be pro-active and responsible for their own learning.
  • Students must be prepared to bring models in for practical assessments
  • All bookings must be made in advance

Products and Kits

  • All purchases of kits and products are non-refundable or exchangable.
  • Kits take 7-10 days to build from date of purchase.
  • If a kit or product is faulty we will exchange for the same product
  • All kits and products must be returned within 14 days of purchase if faulty.

IPL Terms & Conditions

  • It is the responsibility of all customers to read the following terms and conditions before purchasing any Beautec Aesthetics products and services.
  • All prices on the menu are inclusive of VAT.
  • All prices were correct at the time of printing. Beautec Aesthetics reserves the right to amend or withdraw any item, price or offer without prior warning.
  • Beautec Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatments to late comers.
  • If you can no longer make your appointment at least 24 hour notice should be given. For customers that fail to do so, Beautec Aesthetics reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment price or loss of patch test deposit.
  • Beautec Aesthetics practices a strict non-refundable and non-transferable policy. All products and services sold are non-refundable and non-transferable to another individual.
  • At Beautec Aesthetics we take the utmost care in ensuring your safety and well-being. However, Beautec Aesthetics is not responsible for the harm or loss whatsoever from use of our products and services, unless arising from our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
